Where do you source your materials?
I find a lot of my second hand materials at either car boot fares, charity shops or local vintage fairs. Then I wash and sanitise everything I find before using it.
Due to the nature of upcycling, I cannot always be 100% sure what the material is and some items may show a slight sign of wear.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes!! All purchases made come with lifetime repairs should something go wrong. I just ask that you cover shipping and I will make the repairs and ship it back to you free of charge.
I do make my items to last and as long as you follow the care instructions then you shouldn't need to have any repairs made <3
Do the watches work?
Some of the watches I find do work, I state in all my descriptions if a watch works, or if it is not tested, or if it is broken.
Due to upcycling my watches they often need new batteries but this is not something that I currently do. If you would like to commission a working watch necklace then please do reach out to me on Instagram or via the contact form on my website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I am based in England and offer international shipping for £9.50 through Royal Mail which comes with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your upcycled goodies. I currently am unable to ship to the EU however due to new regulations under the GDPR.
How long does it take to ship?
It takes 1-2 working days for me to ship out your upcycled goodies as everything is 1-of-1 and doesn't require me to make them to order.
Will I be charged custom fees?
If your based outside of England there is a chance you will be charged custom fees. I am not responsible for these charges.
How do you ship your Products?
Most accessories are sent out in a large letter cardboards box which can be posted through a letter box and are easily recycled.
My clothing is sent out in either paper mailers or small cardboard boxes depending on the size of the item and quantity of the order. These are both easily recyclable. Any accessories ordered with clothes will be packaged safely inside the postage box with your clothing.
Do you accept returns?
unfortunately I do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged please do reach out.
